Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation must be given in writing at the earliest opportunity. At the discretion of the owners a cancellation charge will be levied in accordance with the following scale:

0 - 14 days	100%
15 - 28 days	75%
29 - 55 days	60%
56 - 90 days	33%
More than 90 days	10%

If we are able to re-let the accommodation for the period booked then a full refund, less an administration charge of £30, will be made.

Cottage/Room(s) are available from 3.00pm on day of arrival until 10.00am on day of departure.

ALL COTTAGES & FARMHOUSE ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING.
